The reception girls at Capital Hotel Long Island City were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the noisy lobby on the first floor and the smaller than expected bed size, these did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for a business trip. The hotel was nice and clean, with a beautiful interior. Although the exterior wasn't great, it didn't affect my stay. The staff were very accommodating, as they changed our room to an upper floor the next day upon request. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a subway station made it very convenient for exploring the city. a perfect stay!

The front desk staff, especially the beautiful woman, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and fixed things that weren't even her fault. The maintenance guy was also super helpful and provided fresh bedding and towels. The room was EXCELLENT, very clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with Kazi and the other girl at reception being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the train station and other businesses. The neighborhood is up-and-coming and shows a lot of potential for tourism. I had a jaw-dropping experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends traveling to the city.

The F line provides easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn, with stops at all major hubs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. We also enjoyed a great breakfast at a nearby bagel/sandwich spot.

Rooms are updated and good, with a decent view of the Manhattan skyline. Helpful and understanding front desk staff. Maintenance guy provided fresh bedding and towels.
